Complaints and Grievance Policy
Volunteering SA&NT is committed to achieving and maintaining an environment that is positive, productive and harmonious, where complaints, grievances and appeals are managed promptly, confidentially, impartially and fairly.
Volunteering SA&NT welcomes feedback - both positive and negative - from our clients, members and our workforce and believes such feedback represents an opportunity for improvement.
While Volunteering SA&NT acknowledges that all constructive feedback is welcome; complaints and grievances that are reasonably deemed by the CEO and/or board to be vexatious or frivolous will not be subject to this policy.

Volunteer Policy
Volunteering SA and NT is committed to providing opportunities for people and organisations to participate productively in society through volunteering and to actively promote volunteering and its personal, social, cultural, environmental and economic value.
VSA&NT recognises the value that volunteers bring to its programs and services and will work to ensure that volunteering is a rewarding personal experience. Volunteers make a valuable contribution to VSA&NT by supporting, enhancing and extending the work of paid staff. The importance of volunteer contributions will be recognised regardless of age, race or background. Volunteers will be accepted, supported and treated as an integral part of the VSA&NT workforce.
